Also, if an account has no active campaigns this notification should not trigger at all. I'm getting notifications for accounts where the budget has expired/been used up and all campaigns are paused because it's the end of the month.

I am starting to ignore these notifications. I get them in the morning, before some people would be searching for the product or the stores are open. And like Belinda said, payment issue is one of the many reasons it wouldn't be serving. This one is starting to feel like a Spam alert. :)

Thank you both for the heads up.
I don't get these in my test accounts (live data), so we'll investigate what's different in your accounts for these to fire.
I do NOT want alerts to be sent that you ignore, because that means that when the alert is valid - you might miss it.
This is important, so we'll get it fine tuned some more.

Ed Leake: Adding the timeframe to the error message might be good - "No impressions yesterday" ......this does need to be investigated but it would also be great to be able to turn some notifications off for some clients.
